Ibiza Cafe

This is the old queen of coffee shops in Avalon. It has been in this spot for over 20 years. It is in a prime position on the intersection of Old Barrenjoey Rd and Avalon Parade. It is in an old cottage which has an inviting fireplace, a beaut verandah and sidewalk tables. It does a good range of dishes and is more than a cafe. It roasts it own coffee and the service here is always friendly. They have newspapers which is always a plus. I like the inside tables especially the window seats.
The blueberry pancakes with cream, ice cream and maple syrup - always a treat. I also had the banana bread which is moist and tasty. Coffees were A1.
